Tickets On Sale Tonight at 18:00 for Brix Wine Club

After our first producer-led tasting of the term, we're taking you from the sun-drenched hills and islands of Greece to the rugged Alpine foothills of Piedmont. This coming Monday, we are delighted to be welcoming Dec and Ed to Oxford, the founders of the acclaimed Brix Wine Club, who have built an expansive community of wine enthusiasts and collectors around the country. A former Michelin-starred head sommelier and a veteran collector, they have over the years forged a deliberately small portfolio of family-owned producers, with a particular focus on Italy, championing both historic estates and the next generation shaping where their regions are heading. For Brix, fine wine is cultural rather than transactional: something best understood in good company, with the people and places behind every bottle - which is exactly what we aim to provide on Monday!

Tucked into Italy's north-west corner, Piedmont is home to some of the most celebrated wines on earth, and is most famed for Nebbiolo, the noble grape behind Barolo and Barbaresco. Once the favoured wine of the House of Savoy, Barolo earned the title 'the king of wines and the wine of kings', yet there is far more to the region than its famous reds, from the vibrant Barbera and Dolcetto to the aromatic Arneis and the elegant traditional-method sparkling wines of Alta Langa, making it one of the most rewarding wine regions in the world to explore.

Please do join us on Monday as Dec and Ed guide us through a range of wines from some of Piedmont's finest producers, sharing the stories and histories of the brilliant winemakers behind the bottles.

We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible!
