What better way to start the year? For our inaugural tasting, we will be covering the fundamentals of tasting wine over a full range of whites: sparkling through to sweet, with plenty in between. Join our committee as we guide you through some familiar, and some not-so-familiar grape varietals, regions and styles, and begin to think about what makes them (hopefully) so delicious.
